The concept is a dark and brooding one, with an element of surrealism, a dark elf surrounded by children’s toys just before Christmas. Kurt had the brilliant idea of shooting this editorial in monochrome which fitted the theme perfectly.
I styled the looks using mainly dark colours with an element of monochrome. I played around with different textures, sequins, leather finished, shiny fabric and fur. All these products are available locally and I also used pieces from two of our local designers Marco Parascandalo and Rosemarie Abela
