Brand Spotlight: Boux Avenue

Last Thursday I was invited to the launch of Boux Avenue – a new lingerie shop that has just opened in the UK and Malta.

Like most women, I love lingerie, there’s something so thrilling about getting your secret package all wrapped up and opening it and wearing it, wearing nice, well-fitting lingerie is an instant confidence boost for me. So when the invitation to the launch arrived I was very excited to see what they have on offer.

The shop is classy from beginning to end, the decor which apparently is dictated by the franchise is beautiful, minimalist but with a touch of mature femininity and style.

And the two best things about this shop: the first thing is the brilliant changing rooms which are stunning and each one has three different light settings (day, dusk and night). This is great at eliminating all those unflattering shadows normally found in changing rooms. The second thing is the fact that each changing room has an intercom which staff can respond to using the phone below, this means that if you need a different size there’s no need to step out of the changing room to get it, just press the button and ask the staff.

The launch was lovely, sushi and wine was served all night and there was also some delicious candy from Candylicious that we got to take home with us.

First of all one of the great things about this brand is that they cater for women not just girls, meaning they appreciate curves, bra sizes go up to a whopping size H, and their main model is plus size beauty Robyn Lawley.
