Beauty Post: My Holy Grail of Curling Creams

I’m a curly head and proud of it 🙂 I spent my teens trying to eliminate my curls but I learnt to love them in my 20s, due to the fact that blowdries and exercise don’t work well together. But more importantly I learnt how to style them. Good products and a good cut are all that stand between golliwog hair and beautiful bouncy curls….
Being something of a product junkie, I use different products and occasionally interchange between them, but the one that always seems to work best and the one I always keep going back to is Curl Defining Creme by Bumble and Bumble. Priced at $28/ 23.50 gbp, it’s not cheap but the bottle does last a long long time so cost per usage works out well.
Since my hair is fine, I use the one for fine curls but there is another formula for coarser curls.
This stuff is fantastic, basically it has something ‘magical’ in the formula that defines and creates curls in places where curls aren’t really there….e.g if the hair at the back of your head is less curly than the part in the front then this cream will fix that and create similar looking curls everywhere – cool huh ?
I simply apply it on damp-to-wet hair and make sure I apply it everywhere, those with looser curls might want to twist ringlets around their fingers to create curlier curls…..then leave it dry… Occasionally in very humid weather I might use something after like a hairspray or a light gel just to keep my hair in place but most of the time this cream is enough.

I encourage fellow curly heads to try this..it really is great!!
