Outfit Post : Tweed for Winter

Hello ladies – it’s TWEED time – those of you who follow me regularly should know all-too-well about how much I simply adore tweed and tweed jackets in particular, so when the hubby bought me tweed jacket a few months back, I was over the moon. 

The jacket by Carling-Paris is made of grey and black tweed with some white strands, and the tweed edges are raw, unhemmed (my fave style). The sleeves are made of black quilted vegetarian leather and the buttons are big and adorned – just how i like them .

I decided to theme it with PURPLE as this colour works really well with greys and black. This was a particularly cold Winter day were a gale seemed to be blowing so I wore a very thick poloneck jumper underneath it. A short, dark-grey, woollen skirt was chosen along with black leather reptile patterned gloves and a tweed Braccialini bag.

Before the rain started, a lot of walknig had been planned for this day so I wore my comfy Ecco boots.
