One of the questions I get asked most frequently is – what can I wear to a morning wedding/ baptism/ formal party ??
To a lot of these type of events, wearing black is off limits, looking smart is a must, however, it would not be appropriate to wear what is considered ‘partywear’ i.e gold sequins, flashy numbers….one of the colours I think most appropriate, and it just happens to be right on trend this season, is blue..a blue dress paired with a blazer and nude accessories can look absolutely awesome for such an event…..check out my look board below…..
As you can see I’ve chosen both light and brighter shades of blazers as both can work equally well…paler skin tones might want to stay away from too light colours as this can make them look a bit drawn.
