As promised, here is my summary on the different hairstyles seen throughout fashion week.
Bridal Show
Marielle Callejja (Prive) did a fantastic job of crafting soft bridal hairstyles that complimented the model’s features and dresses perfectly- I particularly loved these designs below (I love side-swept hair)
Charles and Ron
Sleek ponytails with gold lacing appliqué were the order of the day – loved how sleek and polished the hair looked.
Jewellery Through the Times
Michael and Guy are very creative stylists and for this occasion they created a range of different styles which had a historic feel that worked perfectly with the jewellery and in some cases like the one below even blended with it !!
New Designers
Dreads Hairdressing had a tough job !! With ten different designers, all with different styles of clothes and models walking for more than one designer they had to create uniform hairstyles that would gel across. There were different styles, ranging from sleek ponytails to more natural waves..all looked lovely and very polished.
Fersani
Toni&Guy rarely disappoint and this occasion was no different, with beautiful big buns and over-the top creations…I was hooked !!
International Designers
Marielle Callejja (Prive) and Stephen Vella have done a lot of work in fashion over the years ….on this occasion they both had the not so envious job of juggling around the model’s hairstyles across all the different wishes of the different designers..I was very impressed by the different hairstyles, especially the lovely big buns.
