Outfit Post : Gold and Bronze at A Wedding

One of my oldest friends got married a few months ago on a beautiful summer evening, the reception took place at Grand Hotel Excelsior and the weather was perfect, not too warm, not windy….

I took some time deliberating what to wear but my starting point was my fantastic new pair of earrings from Pippa Toledo‘s new collection. I have mentioned in other posts how much I like her designs and these earrings caught my eye at her last event and I knew I had to take them home.

I styled them with a bronzy-gold, lace detailed dress, a vintage broach and a little, lady-like, classic Fendi bag.

I also decided to have my hair styled using plaits/braids which are soo in trend right now – it was done by my brilliant sponsors – Toni and Guy, Hilton, Malta.
