As the official Miss Malta Blogger I will be discussing and examining the style evolution of the competitors throughout the duration of this competition. This post focuses on Miss San Gwann – Nikki Zarb Cousin.
The beauty team of Miss Malta is made up of Marisa Grima (styling the fashion show), Shasha Fabri (makeup), Transforma, Sue Caruana Beauty Inc (nails) and Patrick and Screen Malta (hair).

Nikki started her career in modelling long before Miss Malta and even had a part in a local TV programme last year. She is also naturally, a very stylish girl who always knew how to take care of herself, watch her weight and dress appropriately for her figure. With this in mind, I don’t think Miss Malta has affected her appearance much, in the sense that she looked good before and looks good now, however praise should still be awarded to the girl for maintaining her good image as I am sure it involves some degree of effort.
