The Little Black Dress or LBD as it is most affectionately knows is the one thing that cannot be missing from you wardrobe – I repeat cannot. Yes I’m giving you a RULE. This piece of clothing has super powers you see, it can morph itself into something else. I swear it can.
Let me proceed to demonstrate this power – take any of these LBS dresses from JENNYFER in the pic below – and for each one of them first style with a leather jacket, ankle boots and black sheer tights, then take the same dress and style with stiletto court shoes and a coat, then for the next style pick coloured/patterned tights and a denim jacket..viola three outfits that look NOTHING like each other.
For the current festive season this dress is a lifesaver and can be worn to multiple occasions, styled as the occasion deems fit. For a swanky party stick to a shawl, sheer black/nude tights and a nice pair of heels. For a fashionable/more relaxed party chunky ankle boots and a leather jacket along with a statement necklace would look really cool. For the office staff party something in between might be best…sheer black tights and an elegant pair of knee high boots and a black coat, paired with a nice necklace (chunky but not too chunky, keep it smart) would be a great idea.
