It’s beanie weather and I couldn’t be happier – it’s also festive season soon which means time to start sourcing those statement pieces. This high-waisted, black skirt from MEXX couldn’t be more perfect.
The fit is amazing, the pattern eye catching and he colour..- well black is a ‘non-colour’ so it can match with sooo many different colours. I decided to mix it up a little and show how versatile it is – I paired it with a floral sheer top, a beanie, and this brilliant anorak / coat. This is a great outfit for when you want to be dressed up not too dressed up.
To make it a bit ‘dressier’ you could switch to a coat or cape, remove the beanie and add a pair of delicate heels.
