At Jasper Conran yesterday – the winter colours- dark navy, plum, ginger and vibrant shades of green are both simultaneously rich and muted. The designer cites as inspiration 19th century prints from the designer Kunisada.
The collection is tailored but the actual pieces have are relaxed, loos fit – the vibe is wearable, comfortable fashion. The cashmere dresses are in my opinion the standout pieces within this collection, the patterned fabric adds an exciting twist but it’s the lovely fabric that really stole my heart. There were also some exciting hats on show that added a bit of an edge to the styling.
A very wearable, luxurious collection.
