So I got about 5 inches of my hair chopped off which was quite a momentous decision for me butttttt……turns out, very few people seemed to see much of a change which confuses me. Maybe I change my hairstyle too often so there’s no fixed hair look associated with my face anymore. I might decide to go even shorter – we’ll see.
To be honest, I went for the shorter look for various reasons – change is always fun but also, my hair got a bit damaged over winter and it needed this cut, I’m also trialling some products to try and rejuvenate it but more on that to come. I’m loving having shorter hair though and a big thanks to Gordon at Toni and Guy who patiently explained to me exactly what he was going to do before he did it.
These photos were taken just before I went off to attend a great evening wedding (two lovely friends of mine), last weekend. In terms of fabric choice, it probably wasn’t the smartest of choices, as it’s rather thick and last weekend was insanely hot, but in other ways it’s an extremely comfortable dress, not restrictive at all, easy to dance in and so on. I left my newly cut hair rather natural, just some curling product to enhance my curls.
