Beauty : Magnitone Cleanser

This product review has been a long time coming – the product was sent to me last May right after the Bloggers Hangout Twitter Party – it took me a while to start using it, what with Malta Fashion Week in May and lots of travelling in June and July, I starting using it until August. 

So What is It?

The Magnitone lucid face cleanser is a deep cleansing and exfoliation brush. It uses Active Electromagnetic Technology and produces over 10000 fast-pulsing rotation-oscillations per minute to deeply and effectively clean and smooth your skin. It has two modes – deep clean or sensitive mode.

The brush cleanser came with a travel charger,  an Active Clean Brush head already attached (you can purchase different heads –  Sensitive / Silk Bliss Luxury Head / Stimulator. Any head type will need replacing after about 5 weeks of regular use.

My Experience

I don’t use the brush every single day, I don’t have oily skin and don’t really suffer from breakouts so I don’t feel I need to use it daily. I do use it about 3-4 times a week though and it really has made a difference to my skin. 

My skin type is mainly somewhat dehyrdated with oil in some place and slightly sensitive skin in others. I’ve tried the brush in both modes and didn’t have any problems with either. I tend to suffer from clogged pores occasionally and this brush has really made a difference, I have this horrible habit of squeezing my face to remove anything that might be clogging me up and now when I look in the mirror, I find much less to squeeze. I went abroad in September for 10 days and decided not to take it with me, when I came back my skin was so much more clogged up, I thought I had had a reaction to something. After two weeks of using this brush daily, I was all cleaned up again.
