If you recall my fashion week backstage posts, glossy eyes is an upcoming trend for next Winter. Not just in London and Milan but even in Paris, glossy eyes were everywhere. This look used to be considered more of a summer look and maybe more of an ‘evening’ look but more and more the fashion world continues to abandon these sort of seasonal and timetabled restrictions and wear whatever they want whenever they want.

When they asked me what I wanted – guess what I said – your glossy eyes from Stella Jean in Milan :D. We changed the look somewhat – went for a much darker Vamp look than the show had but of course, the gloss prevailed.
Here’s the lowdown – Waterweight foundation in NC30 – I ‘ve gone down a shade number. when I have a tan I wear NC35 but I seem to have lost most of it over the Winter months. I went home with a bottle in this number which I felt blended better into my neck. Michele also suggested that it might be fun to use the NC30 in the middle of my face and the NC35 across the temples and sides.
To create that smudged intense look, paint pot was used as the base for my eyes, eye gloss in violet was then placed on top (both done with the 239 brush) and then clear lip glass was lightly placed on top of the eyelid to give that absolute glass effect (but this will mean the eyes will probably run after a few hours). Black eyeliner was also used on both my lower and upper waterlines.
Mineralise skinfinish powder was lightly used to set my face and a bright pink creme blush (the name of which I forgot to jot down was blended onto my cheeks). My eyebrows were filled in using the spiked retractable brow pencil. On my lips, two lip glosses were mixed together to create a unique shade that complemented the eyes.
