Outfit Post : Farewell Winter

I shot this outfit about a week ago in Paris. It was rather a gloomy, wintry day and it kept raining continually. I actually wasn’t prepared for how cold it’ was – I had seen the numbers but I think they didn’t register in my brain – isn’t May meant to be warm ?

I’m describing this outfit story as a farewell to Winter season. I really think that until, well, next Winter this will really be the last time I wear what I consider Winter gear – so e.g. polo necks, gloves, coats and all the rest of it. I’m pretty sure I’ll wear a jacket or two or three for Malta Fashion Week next week but it won’t exactly be Winter Gear.

On other fashion notes I’m really into stripes at the moment – who isn’t ? I’m also really enjoying long skirts, long skirts in general, but especially metallic ones. And yup still in love with my white Birk sneakers.
