There’s a saying that goes ‘3 times a bridesmaid never a bride’ so lucky for me I was already a bride. Last month I had possibly one of my favourite 2016 experiences – I was one of my best friend’s – Sharon Attard (now Attard De Giovanni) bridesmaids.
I played absolutely no part in creating my look, it was all up to her but I loved every part of it. The absolutely wonderful fabric in this har-to-describe midnight blue shade was designed into a gorgeous, gorgeous dress. We were four bridesmaids and we all had different necklines designed to suit our different body shapes. I really loved my makeup which was done by Krista Paris who is my sister-in-law so even more fun.
And then there were the gifts – personalised dressing gowns and hangers with our names on them and handmade necklaces by Marpesia & Co each with a different stone according to our favourite colours. It really was a magical night.
