Cortefiel opened its doors in Malta, at Baystreet Shopping Complex around a year and a half ago and I keep forgetting to give the shop and brand its due attention on this blog. The brand is very affordable and very stylish – let’s face it, most Spanish high street brands continue to produce our favourite seasonal pieces. However, one of Cortefiel’s main strengths, in my opinion, is that whilst it incorporates the trends in the collections, it keeps the focus a bit more classical, making the overall look and feel somewhat ‘smart and chic’. Slogan t-shirts are one of the main trends this season.
My favourite pieces in store – this white shirt with the lace sleeves is a real statement piece and very versatile, can be worn with an elegant pencil shirt out to a fancy dinner or dressed down with a pair of jeans for a girl lunch date.
Also loving this suede skirt, obsessing over the wrap detail. Other faves are the floral cardi and bow shirts.
