Time for Part 2 of my Sunglasses Lookbook for Winter 2018. This time I’ve selected a few thicker framed models from O’hea Opticians.  Thicker frames add a bit more of an edge to the look but at the same time are a bit heavier. They blend in less and they actually do hide part of the face meaning they’re perfect for those makeup-less / hungover days 🙂 

The first frame is by DSQUARED with the focal point being the mother of pearl frame at the top. I love the cat-eye shape too and the pink tinge on the lens.

Wear with something stylish like culottes and a leather jacket

The next one is by Tom Ford and is the heaviest of the bunch. I wasn’t so sure at first about this on my face, since I have a small face, I felt it might be a bit too heavy but my mum and hubby both absolutely loved it.

Wear for those days out in the sun, a Sunday lunch with a pair of jeans and hair flying about

Next is the edgiest of the lot – by Dior. They do look a bit space-like right? I love the rectangular lens and the see-through frame. The tortoise shell side frame is such a great contrast too. Probably my favourites.

Wear with a total black outfit and keep your hair up.

Another one of my faves – LADYDIOR by Dior. This classic pair look pretty harmless from the front – but that side! Fashioned after the famed Dior bag, with the mock quilting and the gold tones studs – these are ultra chic!

Wear with anything, but pull up your hair and let that frame show.
