Styling Work : Rock meets Tweed Photoshoot

I’ve been a lucky girl this Winter, all my favourite things are in fashion which means I get to enjoy my two favourite activities all the more – shopping and styling !!! These days, the minute I enter a shop, photo shoot outfit ideas begin to conjure themselves up in my head; sadly only a few actually get realised but one of my favourite ideas did 🙂 in this shoot tweed studs, baroque and lots of attitude all come together for the ultimate rock chick look 🙂

My styling concept was of a young fashionable girl who dares to wear clothes that might be considered a bit extreme by others and also loves to give off a tough image, at the same time she has a touch of glamour and sophistication about her, hence the brocade trousers and tweed jackets.

Four different looks were chosen:

In the look below the model wears a shiny skirt and smart top which alone would have been a chic ensemble but then mixes it up with a tweed biker jacket and knee high socks along with stud earrings taking it back to casual chic.
In the look below the level of sophistication is kicked up a notch with a black blazer, gold brocade trousers, the rock element makes a subtle appearance in the chain bracelet and black clutch with a skull head fastening.

The look below with lace shorts and a tweed jacket worn with slouchy boots

And the last look is the most playful one – a tweed dress is worn over a denim shirt with a studded collar and a skulls headband is introduced. Since both the shirt and dress have studs no jewellery was put in this look to keep it somewhat simpler.

Am very happy with the result so big thanks and thumbs up to all involved !!!
