You will recall me mentioning that I have joined the PLAZA TV team as a blogger and stylist and will be featuring on their monthly videos with some styling tips and advice. For those of you not aware, on the last Friday of the month Plaza have late night shopping, so those of you who work till late and never have time to shop…pencil those Fridays in!
For the first collaboration my tips were all about makeup and summer using products found at Franks..
What do we want & need most in summer from our makeup? The first answer is a simple one, quite frankly for it to stay put, for it to resist the sweat pouring down our foreheads, the extreme humidity and stay put!
One of the most important things for makeup to stay put is the base used, you can say that the base seals the deal, whilst the makeup applied on top of the base is important too, if the base isn’t long lasting then it’s like building a house on shaky ground!

The second thing we want is to be well protected from the sun. With all the present awareness on sun damage and skin cancer and also lets face it – who wants wrinkles? – sun protection is becoming more and more important.
