I first discovered L’Occitane about 17 years ago, back then, I was searching for the ultimate hand cream and of course, all reviews pointed the famed L’Occitane shea butter version. The hand cream lived up to its expectations and continues to be a recurring purchase of mine but since then I’ve discovered many other exciting products from the brand. The brand has opened its first mono-store in Malta, bang in the middle of Republic street just before the law courts. I’m both excited and scared, financially scared that is!

The shea butter range is probably my favourite, simply because I actually love shea butter, the consistency and feel and the superb moisturising effects. The shea butter range is huge and whilst you can actually buy pure shea butter pots (another recurring purchase of mine), which you melt in the palms of your hands, there are also many other products such as lotions and facial skin care.

What I haven’t really tried is the fragrance range, this is actually one of their most popular products lines apparently so it’s about time. The room diffuser below also caught my eye due to that amazing packaging.

There’s a range of products for men too, I’ve never tried this but I’m sure they are as great as the female ones.
