This shoot that I shot together with Clare Agius is one of my favourites ever. In my line of work you get to meet a lot of people, truth be told, very often, I forget where I’ve met them or who they are (which I hate – because I love speaking to people – I’m a chatterbox). There are some people though who from the first moment, you simply fall in love with their personality and never forget them. In my case, it helps if the person is open and ‘out there’ so to speak. Many people don’t realise that as much as I try to overcome it, I’m quite shy and will often falter at the first meeting so I welcome strong characters who help the conversation get started.
Clare Agius is one of those people who shines both on screen and off it, there’s something about her personality that simply radiates this feeling of friendship, a sense of welcome and she’s also incredibly approachable. I simply loved her personality from day 1. We both adore the brands Pedro del Hierro and Cortefiel so we decided to work on this shoot together – just 2 girls having fun in beautiful outfits.
Outfit 1 – red and checked, 2 rather big trends this winter. Red is what I feel is this season’s alternative to black but of course for when you feel like standing out. A red coat like Clare is wearing can really elevate your look and you can wear it time and time again, just throw on a different scarf! heritage check pattern like my shoes and Clare’s scarf is also another trend, it’s a pattern that is easily matched with many different colours.

Mine – Clothes- Pedro del Hierro, Shoes – Aldo
Clare – Clothes – Cortefiel
Outfit 2
Animal print -you can’t have missed this bulletin, this trend really picked up, I personally love animal print and I feel that snakeskin is easier to wear than leopard print, somehow it feels bit more subtle and there isn’t that 80s feel to it (although I love leopard print but I know there are many that don’t).
Both our outfits are from Cortefiel
Outfit 3
Clare’s stunning blouse can be worn with literally anything, a skirt, trousers, jeans.. she paired it here with animal print trousers – I love the look. My cape is one of those pieces you buy to wear time and time again over many years, the rust colour is gorgeous and incredibly flattering on many skin tones.
Both outfits Pedro del Hierro
