Gori de Palma is a Spanish designer form the island of Mallorca.
His clothes are generally knows for being quite edgy and a bit unique which in my opinion is a good thing. I must say the clothes presented at RunwayMalta definitely did not disappoint !!!
The collection presented in Malta was very interesting, there was lots of black, sheer was everywhere mixed in with some superb tailoring to give clothes a beautiful fit. The outfits and looks had a very androgynous look about them, this was further enhanced by the use of the short black wigs on all of the models.
In the outfits below the sheer tops keep them from becoming too masculine.
What is very interesting is his use of tweed in the following outfits, tweed has traditionally been used in posh Chanel-like outfits but here, it is very rock and roll but somehow adding a touch of glamour, almost as if creating a posh snobby rock chic.
