Outfit Post: Blue Haze at PINK Fashion Show

I’ve never been a blue lover, purple is really the only cold colour that I’ve ever gravitated towards, otherwise, I’ve always tended to favour warmer tones. This year, somehow, blue really seems to have wormed itself into my wardrobe somehow.

Last night, the always-fabulous PINK fashion show took place at Villa Rosa. They always present a really lovely and fun atmosphere at their events. The show itself was also great and I loved that the models walked out onto a catwalk that led across a pool – yup they ‘walked on water’. A commercial show such as this one is always interesting because it not only presents what’s in stock at various outlets but it also serves to give styling ideas as to how to wear the different pieces and different trends. And when Marisa Grima is styling it – there are always plenty of good ideas to be found.

I’ll be posting again sometime soon with some catwalk shots, however,  for the moment, you’ll have to content with simply viewing my outfit which is a total look from Rebelli (who were also one of the brands participating in the show last night). I’m absolutely in love with this bucket bag which is Michael Kors, the perforated leather is really beautiful, the style is divine and it’s quite large so it can actually hold my camera – this is probably going to become my fashion show favourite from now on.

I know it wouldn’t be to everyone’s liking to wear these shoes with this dress but well, by now, we all know me and my unconventional habits of self-dressing.
